We engaged them after receiving several quotes from other builders. They weren't the cheapest but we were very impressed with the level of detail and thought that had gone into the quote.When we met with Nathan to discuss the project, his understanding of the build, and questions that he asked, clearly demonstrated that he'd put a lot of thought into his quote and understood the level of quality and finish that we were seeking. During the build Nathan was on site near daily, either checking in on his subcontractors or on the tools himself. His presence on site enabled us to quickly and collaboratively resolve design and construction details, and kept us fully informed along the way. He was easy to work with and readily contactable whenever we had queries.The quality of work throughout was excellent, from both Nathan and his subcontractors, and delivered on time and budget. They refurbed an existing room, added a study and large new master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. The process was seamless and we are ecstatic. The build was of high quality/efficient/fast and most importantly on budget. There were no hidden extras and billed as quoted. Workmanship on all secondary trades(electrician, tiler, plasterer, etc...) was impressive. The worksite remained clean and secure throughout the build. Nathan takes ownership of the project an is in constant communication through to whole build. We would recommend Dwyercon to anyone considering a domestic building project.
